Adnovum Launches Quantum Resilience Services for Future Cyber Risks
Adnovum has launched a suite of quantum resilience services.
The offering helps financial institutions and government bodies assess their existing cryptographic infrastructure and identify migration priorities before sufficiently powerful quantum computers can compromise current cryptographic methods.
The service targets organisations that rely on cryptography to protect sensitive data, digital identities, and business-critical systems.
Organisations must identify where legacy cryptography is currently deployed across applications, infrastructure, and technology environments to transition to quantum-safe security.
To address this, the service helps clients create a Crypto Asset Inventory that maps cryptographic dependencies across applications, certificates, protocols, and infrastructure components to guide migration planning.
The launch responds to growing concerns over “harvest now, decrypt later” attacks.
In these scenarios, threat actors collect encrypted data today with the intention of decrypting it once sufficiently powerful quantum computers become available.
This poses a particular risk to financial records, health information, and intellectual property that require long-term confidentiality.
The migration process extends beyond simply swapping algorithms. Organisations often embed cryptography deeply in legacy systems, software libraries, and cloud services, making the transition complex.
Samuel Bärfuss, Managing Director of Cybersecurity Services at Adnovum, said the shift to post-quantum cryptography requires careful planning.

“Preparing for the post-quantum era is far more than a technical task,”
Bärfuss said.
“It requires a clear understanding of cryptographic dependencies, effective governance, and a realistic implementation strategy.”
