Boerse Stuttgart Digital Integrates Societe Generale-FORGE’s EUR CoinVertible
Boerse Stuttgart Digital has integrated Societe Generale-FORGE‘s EUR CoinVertible into its trading and custody solutions.
The move marks the first onboarding of a MiCAR-compliant euro stablecoin issued by a bank subsidiary into the company’s fully regulated ecosystem.
The integration gives institutional clients access to a stable, secure euro settlement instrument. It also highlights a strategy to build digital finance infrastructure around euro-denominated, regulated digital assets issued by established financial institutions.

“For decades, we have provided leading financial institutions across Europe with regulated market infrastructure,”
said Dr. Matthias Voelkel, CEO of Boerse Stuttgart Group.
Expanding a digital assets partnership
The two companies have been collaborating on digital assets for some time. In September 2025, they completed a test transaction using EUR CoinVertible on Seturion, Boerse Stuttgart Group’s pan-European settlement platform for tokenised securities.
Jean-Marc Stenger, CEO of Societe Generale-FORGE, said:

“The integration of EUR CoinVertible into Boerse Stuttgart Digital’s infrastructure marks a new step in fostering the adoption of a trusted euro‑denominated digital asset, supported by leading institutions.”
This initial test led to a broader strategic partnership in May 2026.
The expanded agreement brought together Seturion, flatexDEGIRO, Societe Generale, and SG-FORGE to develop settlement infrastructure for tokenised securities across Europe.
EUR CoinVertible’s integration into Boerse Stuttgart Digital’s trading and custody solutions extends the relationship further.
The group has maintained relationships with leading banking institutions in the French market for more than two decades.
Boerse Stuttgart Digital expects regulated financial institutions to drive the adoption of stablecoins, establishing them as a foundational layer for European digital finance.
